1. Nature of This Website

This is a product information and contact website without on-site payment processing. Clicking a link or sending an inquiry does not by itself confirm a sale. Contract formation depends on the parties' offer and acceptance through the channel used and applicable law.

2. Product Information & Specs

Images, colors, specifications, catalogs and manufacturer information support product evaluation. Check model, size, standards and project suitability before purchase. Report inaccuracies for investigation. This does not remove duties to provide accurate information or rights when goods do not match their description.

Website information does not replace professional design or inspection. Electrical equipment selection and installation should follow manufacturer requirements and applicable standards.

3. Orders & Payment

Displayed prices, availability and delivery estimates may change before agreement. Check the total price, tax, shipping, quotation validity, payment and delivery in the quotation or sales channel before confirmation. A website update does not automatically change an agreed transaction.

Shopee and other channel purchases follow the applicable transaction terms and law. Verify the official account before sharing information or paying.

4. Intellectual Property

Content and design are subject to the rights of the company or relevant rights holders. BCC, Bangkok Cable, ABB and other marks remain with their respective owners. Display does not transfer rights to visitors.

Documents offered for download may be used for product and project evaluation subject to document terms and law. Commercial modification or redistribution may require permission from the rights holder.

5. Availability and Responsibility

Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily interrupt the website. You can contact us by phone or email when it is unavailable.

Each party's responsibility depends on the facts, lawful agreements and Thai law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or unsafe goods or legal remedies.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Warranty

Cancellation, exchange, return, refund and warranty rights depend on applicable law and terms lawfully disclosed and agreed for that transaction. For damaged, incorrect or problematic goods, contact the company or the sales channel with order details and relevant evidence.

Confirm specifications and conditions before agreeing to cut-to-length or custom goods. These terms do not exclude all return or remedy rights for those goods and do not reduce mandatory rights merely because a warranty document is absent.

Submit relevant information you are entitled to disclose. Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access or disruption. Documents are submitted to evaluate and handle your request, not to transfer ownership to the company.

Thai law applies. You may contact the company to resolve a complaint without losing the right to complain to a competent authority or bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction. Contacting us does not require waiving those rights.

Revisions carry the date above and do not automatically amend past agreements retrospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies only as legally permitted. Thai and English versions have the same intended meaning; please report discrepancies for clarification without prejudice to statutory rights.
